Job Summary
A developer of malware protection software is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Ecommerce Malware Software Operations Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing the day-to-day operational tasks needed to support the ecommerce catalog and supporting platform
- Working closely with our ecommerce platform vendors on new projects to optimize the buyer journey
- Setting up and testing cart vendor and Salesforce-driven promotions and coupons
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years minimum as an ecommerce, digital marketing, or website professional
- Excellent computer skills including Excel
- Detail-oriented; excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong initiative, planning and organization skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple, high-priority requests and small projects at once
