Job Summary

A publishing and consumer products company dedicated to helping people live pain free has an open position for a Remote Ecommerce Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the Fulfillment/Supply Chain team of our direct response D2C business
  • Partnering with internal teams (Marketing and Technology) to assist in product development project management
  • Partnering with Data Analytics & Product teams to build out robust reporting and KPIs

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years in Operations Leadership role with prior experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, and/or Logistics
  • Related Industry Experience In Direct Response and Digital Marketing, ECommerce, Health/Wellness, or related fields
  • Experience supporting remote teams, preferably in a fast-growth environment
  • Thrive in chaos, not afraid of a bit of ambiguity in your professional world
