A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote eCommerce Platform Engineering Manager in Santa Monica.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hiring, building and retaining high-performance engineering teams
- Mentoring and inspiring developers to achieve their highest potential
- Defining and implementing agile/lean engineering practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to work from home on Tuesday and Thursday
- Ability to contribute 30% of your time across the codebase
- Ability to contribute 70% managing engineers
- Ability to define, implement, and oversee architectural and technical strategy
