Job Summary
A video chat software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote eCommerce Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Recommending and implementing strategies to improve upsell, upgrade and lead generation opportunities
- Developing eCommerce UX and logic for these customers
- Working with product supporting all new product launches
Position Requirements Include:
- Four-year related degree and 4+ years eCommerce experience
- Extensive experience with defining user experience and documenting the logic based on that experience
- Expert at championing the customer experience in an eCommerce realm
- Understand scrum methodology - design, business and web development requirements
- Experience creating customer-centric flows that meet KPIs and refining to meet goals
- Experience in high tech, SaaS, Agile methodology
