Job Summary
An off-price e-commerce portfolio company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote eCommerce Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Planning, tracking, managing and reporting on all ongoing programs/projects for Customer Service
- Building a master project plan that will show high level and detailed information
- Sending regular program flash updates on each program in progress
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 5-7 years of experience in a call center environment
- Experience with ticketing and reporting systems
- 1-3 years of project management experience with enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
