Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote eCommerce Software SaaS Integration Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing the long-term vision and strategy, prioritizing accordingly, and creating execution roadmap
• Limiting security exposure in our SaaS environments and their integrations
• Mentoring and coaching managers as well as assisting in recruitment of great engineers

Qualifications Include:

• Managed teams at SaaS providers or web scale companies
• Successfully recruited great people to your teams
• Able to drive execution of high impact work while incorporating feedback from multiple sources
• Know how to establish, execute and enforce company wide security standards
• Are deeply technical, and can be hands on when necessary
• Comfortable planning in quarters, and also have experience planning in years
