Job Summary
E-Commerce Specialist
This position will responsible for managing and growing our online store. The right candidate will be proactive and willing to find solutions that will improve the performance of the products and of the store. The candidate will work with our Sales and Marketing teams to deliver an outstanding e-commerce experience to customers and ensure VirtualPBX provides the best selection of products for the market. This is a remote position, open to candidates anywhere within the United States who can consistently meet deadlines and perform job functions with little supervision.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain and grow our existing e-commerce store
Perform market research to determine product offerings
Manage product acquisition and pricing
Work closely with the Marketing team to promote the store
Work closely with Sales and Operations to deliver an incredible customer experience
Solid understanding of how Shopify works and its Marketing & Analytics tools
Solid understanding of Pricing & Discount Strategies
Build monthly Revenue/Profit reports
Email Marketing: MailChimp, Act-On, etc.
A/B Testing
Requirements
2+ years of experience in e-commerce management
Experience working with Google Analytics
Numbers driven, analytical with well-developed organizational skills
Proficient in Google Suite, Shopify and in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, simple formula building, etc.)
Comfortable working with large amounts of data
Basic knowledge of HTML preferred
Excellent writing skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Experience with WordPress is a plus
