Job Summary

A brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce company is seeking a Remote ECommerce Strategy Manager in Saint Louis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Understanding project vision, managing strategic roadmap and providing opportunities to recommend solutions to improve the digital customer journey
• Project manageing company's ecommerce platform and identifying enhancement opportunities of internal systems to improve SPP tech stack for better efficiency and faster speed to market
• Working with internal company teams including UX, operations, merchandising, sales on discussions for storyboard, user flow, and analytics

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of product and technology professionals to deliver high quality experiences in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Track record of driving strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovative thinking in digital platforms, prioritizing business initiatives
• History of navigating large complex organizations and bringing together cross functional teams
• Previous project management or leadership role experience
• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce customer experience product management, digital selling tools
• Knowledge of B2B ecommerce, industry trends, and technologies
