Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual eCommerce Phone Support Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting with part fitment and order tracking
• Document customer interactions and maintain case management system updates
• Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Must live within the Eastern Time Zone
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required
• Completion of a paid training class is mandatory
