Job Summary

An institute for higher education is in need of a Remote eCornell Student Support Lead in Ithaca.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintain acceptable service level minimums for all student support metrics: phone, chat
  • Provide best in class customer service and student support
  • Coach team members on how to improve time to resolution

Required Skills:

  • Associate’s degree and 2 to 4 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with various CRM, LMS and SIS software
  • Ability to use Salesforce (CRM), Canvas (LMS), and Destiny (SIS)
  • Effectively working directly with students and staff via phone, chat, and email
  • Excellence communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and delegation skills
