Job Summary
A real estate professional services firm has an open position for a Remote Ecosystem Science and Sustainability Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building strong relationships throughout the portfolio to advance sustainable practices through all levels of the organization
- Advising, coaching, and leading building staff and design teams in identifying, scoping, and implementing energy efficiency and sustainability improvements
- Reviewing current processes through multiple business lines and providing process recommendations to improve operations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS in in Engineering (mechanical or electrical), Architecture, or Construction Management, business management or related field
- 7 years of experience with LEED certification, energy conservation, energy management, sustainability management or project management
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation and control systems
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Project and USGBC and EPA Portfolio Manager website
