Job Summary
A real estate firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Ecosystem Science and Sustainability Manager in Charlotte.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Preparing regular status and budget reports for client
- Managing schedule, budget, consultants, vendors, all deliverables
- Ensuring that tasks are completed by project team and client, according to established schedule
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS in in Engineering (mechanical/electrical), Architecture, or Construction Management, business management or related field
- 7+ years' experience with LEED certification, energy conservation, energy management, sustainability management or project management
- LEED BD+C, CI or EBOM accreditation required with at least 30 LEED certifications submitted and approved by GBCI
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability and energy principles and concepts
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation and control systems across a variety of building types
