Job Summary

A retail company has a current position open for a Remote Edge Compute Systems Engineer in Pittsburgh.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring appropriate implementation of technology within the environment
  • Maintaining awareness of trends and issues within the technology domain
  • Working with IT and business teams to identify technology solutions to achieve business results

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Three to five years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of core concepts in Storage, Compute and Networking technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Information Science or related field with additional job experience
  • Three or more years of experience managing and supporting enterprise or distributed edge environments
  • One to three years of experience as a Systems Engineer for a major technology implementation
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
