Job Summary
A healthcare revenue technology developer has a current position open for a Remote EDI Internal Support Account Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as an overall lifeline for the entire Client Experience team
- Reviewing and assisting the work queues of Account Reps
- Providing backup support to cover phones for the Client Support Center (CSC) as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- EDI experience mandatory
- Knowledge of EDI resources and applications
- Ability to assist with client software training
- Ability to establish priorities, proceed with objectives, and work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
