Job Summary

A healthcare revenue technology developer has a current position open for a Remote EDI Internal Support Account Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as an overall lifeline for the entire Client Experience team
  • Reviewing and assisting the work queues of Account Reps
  • Providing backup support to cover phones for the Client Support Center (CSC) as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • EDI experience mandatory
  • Knowledge of EDI resources and applications
  • Ability to assist with client software training
  • Ability to establish priorities, proceed with objectives, and work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
