Remote EDI MUMPS Developer
Job Summary
To support ongoing system enhancements, the remote EDI MUMPS Developer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions in a legacy MUMPS/Cach environment while performing coding, unit testing, and debugging.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions in a legacy MUMPS/Cach environment
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and provide ongoing production support
- Participate in Beta testing activities and provide documentation of technical designs and processes
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience developing and supporting applications in MUMPS / InterSystems Cach
- Experience supporting legacy healthcare systems
- Proficiency with software design, coding, and unit testing
- 10 years of direct software development experience
- BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred
