Remote eDiscovery Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing legal operations team, the full-time Remote eDiscovery Analyst will manage the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data intake, processing, and production, while primarily utilizing the Everlaw platform and ensuring compliance with client and court requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain eDiscovery platforms, focusing on Everlaw, including workspace setup and workflow management
• Manage the ingestion, processing, and validation of electronically stored information (ESI) with accurate metadata mapping
• Prepare and produce documents in various formats while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Information Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of eDiscovery experience
• At least 1 year of direct Everlaw experience is required
• Strong understanding of EDRM workflows and metadata management
• Experience supporting attorneys and case teams in litigation or investigations
