A business process outsourcing firm has an open position for a Remote eDiscovery Platform Support.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling all queries, questions and troubleshooting issues related to the eDiscovery systems
- Analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving internal and client reported problems
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with use of Windows Desktop and Server Operating systems
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with use of SQL
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with use of Various Web Browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
