Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm has an open position for a Remote eDiscovery Platform Support.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling all queries, questions and troubleshooting issues related to the eDiscovery systems
  • Analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving internal and client reported problems

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with use of Windows Desktop and Server Operating systems
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with use of SQL
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with use of Various Web Browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
