Job Summary
A spin-off of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) is a science and technology solutions company serving the health, civil, defense, intelligence and homeland security industrie needs applicants for an opening for a Remote eDiscovery Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing database reports and error logs, determine root cause of technical issues and offer practical and creative solutions
- Performing user acceptance testing, case kickoff and end user training
- Preparing presentations and utilize office tools to create reports and tracking methods, including spreadsheets and databases
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) and 1 - 3 years of office services, eDiscovery or technical support experience
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive, energetic and collaborative approach to tasks
- Upholds the highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence with established procedures including detailed recordkeeping requirements
- Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM)
