Job Summary

A healthcare services company is in need of a Remote Edit Coder.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform data quality reviews on outpatient encounters
  • Review claim denials in comparison with medical records
  • Monitor inpatient and outpatient unbilled accounts reports

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to walk through hospital-based departments across broad campus settings
  • Advanced personal computing skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
  • Advanced technical skills required to learn and navigate a variety of software systems
  • Other skills and knowledge as deemed necessary to complete and final bill claims accurately
