Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Editorial Assistant in Knoxville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting editors with building commerce articles and photo galleries
- Researching sales on items that are of interest to Home Decor/Improvement/Style and Travel sites
- Writing articles informing readers of sales or deals
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA in Journalism, English, or related field, or commensurate experience
- 1+ years of editorial experience, ideally at a digital media company
- Experience working in a variety of content management systems
- Ability to write quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong oral and written communications skills
