Job Summary

An educational solutions software company is seeking a Remote EdTech Service Request Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Successfully map the requirements needs & data to appropriate integrations
  • Provide feedback on existing product based on efficiency gains and customer needs

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5+ years of prior experience working in a SaaS based company
  • Previous experience successfully work multiple clients requests simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • 5+ years serving customers, ideally during a company’s growth mode as a Technical Support Enginee
  • Proficiency in MS EXCEL, MS OFFICE, MS SQL/PLSQL, C#, TSQL/CLR, FTP/HTTP, Scripting
