Job Summary

An education technology company has an open position for a Remote Education Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain ownership of assigned accounts including high profile priority accounts
  • Build and retain strong partnerships with clients from all levels of the business
  • Develop targeted campaigns to increase usage and expand adoption

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales
  • Creative problem-solving with attention to details
  • Superb computer skills including Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and social media
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret outcomes with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
