An education technology company has an open position for a Remote Education Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Maintain ownership of assigned accounts including high profile priority accounts
- Build and retain strong partnerships with clients from all levels of the business
- Develop targeted campaigns to increase usage and expand adoption
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales
- Creative problem-solving with attention to details
- Superb computer skills including Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and social media
- Ability to analyze data and interpret outcomes with internal and external key stakeholders
