Job Summary

A government contractor is in need of a Remote Education and Career Advisor.

Must be able to:

• Maintain readiness in a fast pace call center work environment to support military spouses
• Receive initial calls from military spouses via a live hand off using call center technology
• Provide education and career advising

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
• 4+ years professional work experience in education, career or employment counseling
• This position requires U.S. Citizenship due to US Government systems access
• This position requires home internet service with speeds in excess of 3Mb in both directions
• Candidate must have strong technology and research skills
• Candidate must have a positive, approachable personality coupled with impeccable communication skills
