Job Summary
A visual development platform is in need of a Remote Education and Community Lead Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create and measure meaningful goals and report on their progress
- Act as an accountability partner for the VP of Education and Community
- Push the boundaries of what’s possible with operations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Absolutely can’t sit still when you see an opportunity for improving a system or process
- Automations are your best friends
- Ability and desire to influence effectively without direct authority
- 5 years of operations experience in an ever-changing startup environment
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Love creating alignment among a diverse group of leaders
