Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Education and Training Manager in San Antonio.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving effective training
- Identifying and leveraging appropriate internal resources
- Continuously reviewing and revising training programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and travel both locally and non-locally to off-site provider locations
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Nursing, Business/Healthcare Administration or similar area
- 5+ years of management experience with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Independent problem identification /resolution and decision making skills
- Ability to effectively identify training needs, plan training programs, and evaluate program effectiveness
