Job Summary
An upskilling education platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Benefits Client Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner directly with our Head of Product and VP Partnerships
- Manage multiple relationships with employers, managers, and employees
- Oversee a team of onboarding and financial operations specialists to deliver for our clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in client-facing roles with high-touch, long-term relationships from enterprise SaaS client services
- Strong project management skills
- Deep understanding of education benefits best practices
- Experience using customer success systems (e.g. Salesforce, ZenDesk, HubSpo) is a plus
- Experience managing a team of individual contributors is preferred
- Experience working in payments and/or with financial technologies such as card issuing is preferred
