Job Summary

An education company is filling a position for a Remote Education Business Systems Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting Enterprise Applications such as Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite, Gainsight, and many more
• Interacting with internal and external teams to understand their needs
• Improving systems by studying current practices and designing modifications

Required Skills:

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science or 2-3 years experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to solve a problem on own by utilizing experience and other resources
• Ability to handle ambiguity and deal effectively with a constantly changing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to think critically and strategically
