Job Summary
A provider of education and care benefits is filling a position for a Remote Education Care Associate Client Relations Director.
Must be able to:
- Achieve client retention targets
- Communicate program results to clients
- Collaborate to facilitate service delivery
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel as required
- 1-3 years of direct account or client relationship management
- Ability to anage a client portfolio of between 70 and 100 accounts
- Ability to proactively develop strong partnerships with clients
- Ability to achieve client retention and growth, and revenue quota targets
