An education management company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Advisor.

Must be able to:

• Schedule check-in calls with customers after their onboarding in the first 30 days
• Customise the dashboard of HubSpot
• Create user guides for InteDashboard online resource

Required Skills:

• Diploma in Business Studies / Data Analytics
• Excellent command in spoken and written English
• Ability to understand American and European accent
• Ability to work US East or US West timing between 8am and 5pm
• High attention to detail
