An educational technology company is filling a position for a Remote Education Customer Deployment Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead teams responsible for efficient provisioning and rostering of customers
- Partner with other teams to advocate for improvements to the customer experience
- Onboard customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS/BA required
- 4+ years of experience in managing educational projects
- Demonstrated ability to roll-out projects and process changes
- Experience managing people
- Knowledge of general business software
