Job Summary

An education provider has a current position open for a Remote Education Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Resolve client complaints via phone, email and social media
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries/tickets with urgency and in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain client accounts

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer support role
  • Good systematic and organizational skills
  • Able to respond to incoming requests with urgency and manage priorities
  • Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking)
