Job Summary
A leader in pre-K–12 education technology is seeking a Remote Education Customer Success Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering success through the empowerment and accountability of CSMs under management
- Partnering with other leaders across the organization to implement customer retention and expansion strategy
- Forecasting the risk and retention of remit’s business and deliver results against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Position Requirements Include:
- 4 years demonstrated success in a Customer Success Management role, meeting and exceeding assigned goals
- Passion for driving excellence in customer engagements and supporting customers to achieve their goals
- Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and customer engagement reporting
- Ability to succeed in highly dynamic environments that undergo significant and regular change
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor colleagues to enhance successful achievement of objectives
- Successful record of partnering cross-functionally with Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product
