Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Education Development Operations Associate.
Must be able to:
- Maintain and respond to support requests in CRM
- Assist with Report requests for users
- Maintain CRM data quality and inventory checks in Salesforce
Qualifications Include:
- 3-7 years of work experience
- 2 years of relevant work experience in nonprofit organizations with database experience
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines and simultaneously taking initiative
