Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Education Development Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Work virtually from the comfort of their home offices, motivating, teaching and developing sessions and simulations
• Complete training necessary to thoroughly understand the client’s business and program requirements
• Lead and deliver large and small group sessions

Required Skills:

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment
• All of our Instructors possess a Bachelor's degree (required) or higher, preferably related to Education
• Teaching experience is essential – teaching is a requirement for consideration
• Requires organization and independently driven individuals
• Requires excellent computer skills
• Knowledge of call center processes and techniques a huge plus
