Job Summary

A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Education Effectiveness Coach in Indianapolis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing a caseload of teachers through direct coaching, training and modeling
• Ensuring that teachers rapidly improve their performance
• Leading a team of summer pre-service training staff

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Local travel is required
• At least two years of teaching experience
• A proven track record of raising student achievement
