Job Summary
An education consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Education Engagement Manager Team Lead.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for engagement, retention, and performance management of all company external associates
- Be responsible for the holistic life cycle of Alumni
- Be the main point of contact for Alumni graduates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven track record in HR/Staffing/Employee Engagement/Talent Management
- Knowledge or awareness or HR processes and practices
- Complex problem solver who can take a new perspective using existing solutions
- Strong leader who uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve processes
- Excellent relationship building skills
