- Building exceptional teams of highly-engaged engineers by hiring, coaching, and instilling a sense of ownership and impact
- Working with product, design and engineering leadership to define their team’s vision and roadmap by thoroughly understanding customer needs
- Delivering on Engineering department and Company OKRs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience leading, managing and developing high-performing engineering teams
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work close to the code and can mentor and guide all levels of engineers
- Experience with audio and video on demand technology
- Proven bias towards action and experimentation
