Job Summary
A computer science coaching and education company has a current position open for a Remote Education Enterprise Software Engineering Instructor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being accountable for maintaining the cadence of the course
- Creating and delivering regular lectures that cover the full curriculum
- Holding regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions with learners that serve as tutoring, motivational, or debugging sessions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong Java 11+ understanding including functional programming (lambdas, streams) and some knowledge of concurrency
- Strong knowledge of Database technologies (SQL, noSQL)
- Strong knowledge of Spring and SpringBoot for modern API development
- Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with React
- Professional experience as a teacher or on-the-job experience training, coaching, mentoring, or presenting
