Job Summary
A career education company is seeking a Remote Education Industry Customer Success Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building relationships with our students and actively contributing to their growth and success
- Responding to and tracking Student questions in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Managing full-cycle feedback loops between students, trainers, and class operations team members
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven excellent capability to motivate potential students to see the benefits the company will bring to the syudents' careers
- Proven track record in success and support roles that are client or customer-facing
- Willingness to take initiative and work autonomously knowing you have the full support of the team
- Ability to serve as a champion, mentor, and confidante for students throughout the class experience
- Ability to create student success and intervention plans
- Ability to provide support to students, including: personal development and growth, managing relocation for work, and integrating class with existing obligations
