Job Summary

A career education company is seeking a Remote Education Industry Customer Success Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building relationships with our students and actively contributing to their growth and success
  • Responding to and tracking Student questions in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Managing full-cycle feedback loops between students, trainers, and class operations team members

Position Requirements Include:

  • Proven excellent capability to motivate potential students to see the benefits the company will bring to the syudents' careers
  • Proven track record in success and support roles that are client or customer-facing
  • Willingness to take initiative and work autonomously knowing you have the full support of the team
  • Ability to serve as a champion, mentor, and confidante for students throughout the class experience
  • Ability to create student success and intervention plans
  • Ability to provide support to students, including: personal development and growth, managing relocation for work, and integrating class with existing obligations
