Job Summary

A curricula company is in need of a Remote Education Industry Customer Success Operations Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing site set-up and integration work
  • Creating and providing all customer sites with the appropriate collections
  • Facilitating provisioning of customer accounts based on licenses in the contract
