Job Summary
A curricula company is in need of a Remote Education Industry Customer Success Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing site set-up and integration work
- Creating and providing all customer sites with the appropriate collections
- Facilitating provisioning of customer accounts based on licenses in the contract
