Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Education Industry Project Manager in Oakland.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Organizing and ensuring delivery of multi-component cross-team software projects
- Meeting with cross-departmental stakeholders to establish project goals, scope, timeline, and deliverables
- Overseeing project estimations and the development of project deliverables
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a project management capacity
- Proven ability to develop and manage timelines; Able to understand project dependencies and impacts
- Proven experience in providing service to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a keen sense of empathy and risk
- Demonstrated capability for problem-solving, decision making, sound judgment, and assertiveness
- Highly adaptable and a self-starter, able to operate in complex environments
