An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Education Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Act as a resource for internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between school team members and members of the larger team
- Create “best practice” policies and procedures to be used as templates
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
- Above average spreadsheet skills including the ability to use basic and intermediate formulas and functions
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and exhibit sound judgment
- Demonstrates a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional client situations
