An early education company has an open position for a Remote Education Partner Success Manager in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the implementation and onboarding process of all new and renewing customers
• Projecting manage new client implementations
• Tracking implementation tasks against a schedule

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in education or other related areas required
• Classroom experience or administrative experience in education
• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding/Implementation or Account Management
• Ability to comfortably communicate with multiple levels of management
• Superior organizational capabilities and time management skills
• Must have proven track record and capabilities for delivering excellent customer experiences
