Job Summary
A consulting company has an open position for a Remote Education Partners Client Engagement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and executing the full lifecycle of new client engagements
- Oversee all client reporting and communications throughout the phases of the project
- Ensuring all projects are executed in a manner that is consistent with SOPs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years’ experience in client or program management of a SaaS or a technology-enabled services business
- Experience cultivating engagements with high-level external stakeholders or clients
- Strong background in CRM, knowledge management, project management, and/or technical systems
- First-hand knowledge of K-12 education systems or teacher training programs
- Experience in a start-up in Tech, EdTech or Corporate Learning
- Self-starter, able to own and deliver on large chunks of work
