Remote Education Practice Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A specialty insurance brokerage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Practice Staff Accountant.

Must be able to:

• Daily cash application and reconciliation of bank activity
• Prepare and send escrow/claims checks
• Manage collections and send weekly/monthly statements

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum of 3+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, esp. Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 or AMS (corporate ledgers)
• Excellent Excel Skills
