Job Summary
An animal protection organization has a current position open for a Remote Education Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing the development of all content for Animal Care Expo and Taking Action for Animals
- Managing speakers assigned to lead sessions for Expo, TAFA, training and any other organization conferences
- Managing the Animal Care Expo Round Tables event
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in event planning or project management
- Experience working in the animal welfare industry
- Experience in the development and execution of content for virtual/hybrid events
- Ability to coordinate, manage and execute several events at one time
- Ability and willingness to travel and occasionally work irregular hours, such as evenings and weekends
