Job Summary

An educational agency has an open position for a Remote Education Project Quality Assurance Specialist in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with project teams, staff and directors, and project managers to meet deadline
• Providing a proper level of effort to inform scope of work development and fiscal and project planning
• Providing mentorship and training to build internal capacity to develop products and resources

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years in publication and design, working with style guides, publications, and professional learning materials
• Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable proofreading and copyediting experience
• Minimum of 3 years in remediating documents to meet Section 508 compliance and meeting contractual requirements
• Excellent, reliable, and consistent proofreading, copyediting, and communications skills
• Experience in managing multiple tasks/priorities across projects and directors with tight timelines
• Experience working with project directors, project managers, and team members collaboratively and effectively
