An education company has a current position open for a Remote Education Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client group
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's and 1-year experience in a professional recruiting; or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment throughout recruiting lifecycle
• Proficiency in using word processing and spreadsheet software and Internet
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and E-mail usage
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
