Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Recruiter in New York City.

Must be able to:

• Conduct 20+ interviews per week
• Facilitate interview debriefs by sharing insight on candidates
• Gather feedback from interviewers to support hiring managers’ decisions

Qualifications Include:

• Associates degree or higher is required
• At least one year of recruitment/interviewing experience
• Interest in building a background in talent acquisition, human resources, career development
• Familiarity and comfort with CRMs or ATSs
• The ability to use technology, reporting and data
