Job Summary
A non-profit training and management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Sector Management Training Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing new organization-wide systems
- Coaching senior executives one-on-one
- Providing advice on challenges of the day and conducting trainings for senior teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This position is full-time and requires moderate travel 1 – 4 days per month)
- Have a demonstrated track record of success in managing a high-performing organization
- You are comfortable pitching services to potential educational equity clients
